The flooding inside this beautiful brick building in Germantown needed a lot of help from expert technicians and large remediation equipment. SERVPRO of Germantown/Collierville prides itself in the training and experience we have gained to clean commercial properties. We start out our commercial crews by sending them to the IICRC Course of Commercial Drying Specialist. They learn the nuances of drying commercial building and the use of large drying equipment. The second picture shows a large Desiccant Dehumidifier. When a large property has a lot of water inside it's necessary to have a large enough dehumidifier to remove all the evaporated water from the air.
