Some businesses are state of the art and require clean, dirt and mold free environments. This commercial laboratory is one of those facilities. But when their drinking fountains broke the water poured out damaging the drywall underneath and flooding the area.

SERVPRO of Germantown/Collierville responded right away. Upon arriving we extracted the standing water and immediately noticed high humidity in the room. Much of the work being done in the facility requires low humidity or products would be damaged. Between our air movers and dehumidifiers we were able to regulate the humidity quickly without ruining the facility's products.
