Germantown Bathroom Water Damage

Unusually the pipe overhead broke in this Germantown Bathroom. We come across broken supply lines in bathrooms ninety percent of the time but in this case the water came from the ceiling. Had the bathroom been the only room affected this would have been a quick cleanup. The tile ran all the way up the walls and some water had migrated behind the tile. We were able to save the tile by drying behind the walls from the adjacent which were also affected. We did, however, have to replace the sheetrock in the ceiling that had fallen due to the overhead pipe break.
